No, you do not need to be home! As long as our technicians have safe, unobstructed access to your pool area (such as an unlocked gate) and any pets are friendly or put away, we can complete your service seamlessly. We will always email a service confirmation so you know we were there.

For the best water clarity, safety, and equipment longevity, we highly recommend weekly service. Consistent weekly visits allow us to catch chemical imbalances early, prevent algae growth, and keep your filtration system running like clockwork—especially during those hot Texas summers.

We work through light rain. However, if there is severe weather, or active lightning, our technicians' safety is our priority. In those cases, we will focus on chemical safety treatments during the storm and either reschedule or handle the heavy physical cleaning on our next scheduled visit. 

Not at all! We believe in earning your business with every single visit. We operate entirely on a flexible, month-to-month basis, meaning you can pause or cancel your service at any time with a 30-day notice.  If you have any specific questions regarding the monthly service agreement, contact us and let us know.

Our standard monthly service includes weekly water testing and chemical balancing, emptying pump and skimmer baskets, brushing the pool walls and steps, netting surface debris, checking equipment to ensure everything is running smoothly, and backwashing filters as needed.

Yes! All standard maintenance chemicals (including chlorine, shock, and pH balancers) are fully included in your flat monthly rate.

We love pets!🐾 Every animal is different, so we just ask that you let us know about any special situations ahead of time so we can take the proper precautions for everyone. Whether that means double-checking gate latches to keep curious dogs from slipping out, giving you a quick heads-up when we arrive so  pets can be brought inside, or anything in between—we are more than happy to work with you! 🐶

After every visit, we email you a detailed digital service report showing chemical readings, actions taken, and photos of your clean pool so you always know your water is safe and balanced.

A green pool is usually a sign of an active algae bloom caused by low chlorine levels or poor filtration. In most cases, we can turn a mildly green pool crystal clear within 24 to 48 hours using specialized water treatments, brushing, and filtration balancing. 

For severely "swampy" pools that have been neglected for a while, it may take 3 to 5 days of intensive shock treatments and daily filter cleanings. We’ll assess your pool immediately and map out a custom rescue plan to get you back in the water safely! Contact us for free advice about your green pool.

During those hot Texas summers, evaporation can easily cause your pool's water level to drop by a 1/4 to 1/2 inch per day. To determine if you have a leak or if it's just the heat, we recommend doing the simple Bucket Test:

1. Place a bucket on the first step of your pool and fill it with water so it matches the pool's water level.
2. Mark the water levels with tape or a marker—one mark on the inside of the bucket (for the bucket's water level) and one on the outside (for the pool's water level).
3. Wait 24 hours and compare. If the pool water level has dropped significantly more than the water inside the bucket, you likely have a leak.
