Service Terms & Policies: • Flat Rate Billing: Invoices are billed automatically on the 1st of each month for that month’s services. • Chemicals Included: Standard maintenance chemicals (chlorine, shock, acid) are covered in your monthly fee. Specialty chemicals (algaecides, stabilizers) may incur extra fees. • Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather or lightning, we will perform a chemical service only for technician safety. • 10% Military discount applies to all additional services, not regular weekly service. *Prices are subject to change. All prices are preliminary, as they are subject to change upon a physical inspection of the pool.
